If an error occurs or you do not receive an email confirming your order, the order has not been completed, even if the transaction appears on your statement. Your provider may place temporary holds on incomplete debit/credit card transactions, normally releasing the amount within a few business days. This type of error is more likely to occur with Debit transactions, though it has also happened with regular credit card transactions. Unfortunately, we have no control over these holds and cannot issue refunds or credits because we haven’t received Nor will receive the funds for them. Please contact your provider to resolve the issue. This known issue affects approximately 1/1000 orders.
